Larix kaempferi Carr. seedlings were more photophilic and had strong photosynthetic capacity, which were not prone to photoinhibition, while Larix gmelinii Rupr. seedlings were more shade-tolerant.
Some derive their carbon from inorganic sources, and their hydrogen from hydrogen sulfider or other inorganic compounds, while other bacteria may be photosynthetic or saprobic.
Two japonica rices, Wuyujing 3 and 97 7 were used to study changes in contents of soluble protein, free amino acids and endopeptidase activity during photosynthetic declination.
