HE stain was used to evaluate the healing degree of fracture according to the proportion of fibroblast, chondroblast, woven bone tissues and mature bone tissues. There were 10 grades all together.

根据HE染色光镜下所见痴组中纤维组、软组、编组和成熟组所含比例将折愈合程度分为10级，通实验组和对照组的颁中以上组的级别均数来评价折的愈合程度。
